Assembly: Tool Vault 56 Inch Side Locker
REQUIRED TOOLS
Drill, 10mm Wrench, 14mm Wrench
1. OPEN CARTON
Remove packing materials and set all hardware aside. Carefully remove the folded side locker panels from the carton.
2. OPEN DOOR AND LEFT SIDE PANEL
Unfold the left side panel and the door. Move the left side panel until it makes a 90 degree angle with the door frame.
3. OPEN BACK PANEL AND RIGHT SIDE PANEL
Unfold the right side panel and the back panel. Move the right side panel until it makes a 90 degree angle with the back panel.
4. CONNECT RIGHT SIDE PANEL AND BACK PANEL
Remove packing materials and set hardware bag aside.
5. ATTACH BOTTOM PANEL
Carefully lay the side locker on its back with a soft mat underneath. Attach the bottom panel to the shell with M6x12 PHILLIPS HEAD BOLTS.
6. INSTALL CASTERS
Position the two SWIVEL CASTERS on the bottom of the locker, outer side. Insert the M8X20 HEX BOLTS through WASHERS, then through the CASTERS. Tighten securely to the weld nuts.
7. INSTALL EVA LINER
Decide which side the locker should mount to the roller cabinet. Place both LINERS on the side facing the roller cabinet, near the bottom of the side locker.
8. INSTALL THE HANGER
Position the HANGER over the holes on the side facing the roller cabinet, and fasten with the M6X16 COUNTERSUNK SCREWS. Tighten securely.
9. HANG THE SIDE LOCKER
Carefully return the side locker to the upright position, hang the side locker off the top edge of the roller cabinet.
10. ATTACH REAR T-BRACKET
Insert the hook portion of the T-BRACKET in the square opening on the rear of the top chest. Fasten securely with 2 M6X12 HEX BOLTS.
11. ATTACH CONNECTION CHANNEL
Position the CONNECTION CHANNEL on the bottom of the locker and roller cabinet, fasten with the M6X20 HEX BOLTS and WASHERS.
12. INSTALL SHELF SUPORTS
Insert the SHELF SUPPORTS to the side panels.
13. INSTALL SHELVES
Place SHELVES on to shelf supports, lay SHELF LINERS flat on to shelves.
