I had been on the fence on purchasing a new toolbox for a while now. I was shopping around on all of the big name tool trucks that came by the shop and the price ranges that they were selling their boxes for always turned me off of buying one. I had found out about this website a couple of years back and had continually checked up on all of the customer reviews to see how other people had reacted to buying a tool vault tool box. I watched every youtube video that I could find to get a feel for the tool box the best I could without physically seeing it in person. I finally decided to go ahead and purchase the tool vault and I could not be happier with my decision. I love the color scheme with the brushed look to all the aluminum trim. The toolbox has exceeded every expectation. It is much sturdier than I had initially anticipated. All of the other guys at the shop were certain I had gone with one of the expensive big name boxes. I have had the tool box for about 2 weeks now and have yet to find any complaint to bring up. I would absolutely recommend strictlytoolboxes and tool vault to anyone of my friends.

I had a smaller toolbox from our friends at M**. I sold that toolbox and got one three time the size for about 2 times the money. Great value, Everything was as promised. Quality is the same as my M** box. I got a guy with a tow truck to help me install the top box. That worked really great. Shipping was good. Well packaged easy to open up. I am looking forward to many years with this tool box. Totally happy with this purchase.

As a farmer, I was searching for a tool box to store my farm shop tools. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I tend to own the better quality machines and tools. This tool chest and drawers is a solid, well built, and very welcome addition to my farming operations. Every tool that I own fits inside its very spacious drawers. My only downside was the timing in my placing my order. It is very cold at my location. The packing was a pleasant challenge to remove (so well packaged for shipping). Opening the drawers presented my only problem. At the factory the drawers must be positioned to keep them secure during transport. It makes them difficult to open for the first time in a cold climate. With a few telephone calls and some advice, everything was resolved. It was worth the time to research, order, and move my tools into this very well constructed upper and lower tools chest.

The sooner you order it the sooner you will get it! Also who knows how long these prices will last? These are heavy duty professional tool boxes but with this price even a backyard mechanic can afford to keep his tools in his home garage. Home mechanics beware, you have to make sure you have enough room. This toolbox is 30" deep and the drawers extend fully so you actually need 60" of space to open the drawers. Also it does not come already stacked together and you and your buddy won't lift the top chest to stack it (I used a 2 post car lift). The quality of this toolbox is excellent. When people see my tool box they just say "WOW". Then they get a puzzled look on their face when they see Montezuma. Then when I pull open the top drawer on the bottom cabinet with over 200 sockets, ratchets, breaker bars, torque wrenches and extensions and then hang another 180 lbs. (my weight) on the drawer front, they are very impressed. I could go on all day about this toolbox but let me tell you that you won't regret buying it. The only bad thing I can say about this toolbox is that it doesn't come equipped for guys under 6'4". You will need to buy a step stool to see into the top drawers. Thank you Montezuma for the quality that is built into my new toolbox, and Thank You strictlytoolboxes.com for the price and getting it to me. It was well worth the backorder wait.

I wanted to thank you for all your help in buying and getting my Montezuma toolbox. Last tuesday 10/20/09 I went and picked them up at the warehouse in Kansas. Very nice and helpful people. I set them up at my shop that night and everyone at work was very impressed. People guess what I paid as a low of $7000 to a high of $14000. They could not believe the quality and what I paid. I am a diesel tech for a Kenworth dealership and work with 35 other techs. Again thanks for all your help, and the tool box it is way above my expectations great product
Residential Addresses: All residential deliveries will require a delivery appointment.
Commercial Addresses: A delivery appointment is not required, but is highly recommended to ensure a proper inspection by responsible personnel.
*If you do not schedule a delivery appointment, your freight carrier will arrive without notice with your toolbox, and expect that you will be present for inspection.
This step is usually performed directly after your shipping notification is received.
2. PREPARE YOUR RECEIVING AREA
To make the inspection process go as smoothly as possible, please have the tools listed below available as soon as the carrier reaches the delivery point:
LARGE FLAT-HEAD SCREWDRIVER, PRY BAR or CLAW HAMMER
BOX CUTTER
WORK GLOVES
CAMERA or SMARTPHONE CAMERA
ASSISTANT (RECOMMENDED)
CELL PHONE**
Freight carrier drivers typically have 7 – 15 minutes to make a delivery; freight drivers are under no obligation to offer assistance.
3. INSPECT THE OUTER PACKAGING
Use your CAMERA to photograph any damage, and take notes. Examples of damage include, but are not limited to:
BOX CAVING IN, BENT TRIM
HOLES OR TEARS IN CARDBOARD
HOLES CREATED BY A FORKLIFT
ANY EXPOSED METAL
DAMAGE TO BASE
“NO-STACK” CONE ON CARDBOARD PACKAGING IS DESTROYED OR MISSING
In most cases, the outer packaging may display minor damage from general shipping conditions. Any marks or damage on the packaging you see, no matter how trivial, is enough to warrant a complete inspection of your tool box.
4. REMOVE STRAPS AND ACCESSORY
Cut the straps with the BOX CUTTER; Avoid cutting the straps that enclose the accessory carton
Have an ASSISTANT or use a forklift help you lift the hutch or accessory off the crate, then carefully place it aside
If you see any damage at this point,
STOP
NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING and CONTINUE YOUR INSPECTION
***If possible, write on the bill of lading yourself. If the driver insists on being the one to write on the bill of lading, initial their notes showing that you agree with them. If you do not agree with the driver’s notes, DO NOT sign the bill of lading.***
5. UNFASTEN CRATE
Wearing your WORK GLOVES, start with the top panel of the crate
Bend the metal tabs upward in the direction of the slot, straighten the tabs with PLYERS if needed
Remove the top portion of the crate
6. REMOVE PACKAGING
Continue bending the metal tabs, and remove each panel in sequence until the inner packaging is exposed
Lift the cardboard box off, and remove remaining inner packaging and plastic liner
Preserve all packaging and set aside
7. INSPECT TOOLBOX
Inspect your toolbox on each side thoroughly for any dents or scratches
Inspect the powder coat and frame to detect scratches or dents that are less visible
Take clear photos and notes of all damage
8. INSPECT ACCESSORIES
After the roller cabinet has been found to be in perfect condition per the inspection, you must also inspect the accessories before you sign.
Cut any straps, remove, and set aside packaging.
Inspect, note and photograph any damage
If you see any damage at this point,
STOP
CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT: 888.289.1952
DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY
UNTIL WE WALK YOU THROUGH HOW TO REFUSE THE DAMAGED ITEM(S)

9. SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT*
You may sign the bill of lading once the shipment you are accepting has been inspected and declared perfect condition by your own best judgement.
When you sign the bill of lading, you are signing an agreement with the freight company that states that you or an authorized representative has thoroughly inspected the shipment.
Once signed, you agree that you have received the shipment without damage. This agreement also waives any rights to file a freight claim.

5 Year Limited Warranty
All Tool Vault® toolboxes have a Limited 5-Year Warranty to the original user against defects in workmanship and material under normal use. This Limited 5-Year Warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise, subjected to abnormal use, used in any type of over the road use, or modified by anyone other than Strictly Tool Boxes. During the applicable duration of the warranty, at its option Strictly Tool Boxes will repair or replace its products which fail to give satisfactory performance due to defective workmanship or materials, or provide a refund by repaying or crediting with an amount equal to the purchase price of such products.

Most orders will leave the warehouse in 1 – 3 business days. Your new toolbox will deliver by freight truck and the average transit times vary by location from 2 – 6 business days.

Do I need Lift Gate Delivery?
Lift gate delivery will be needed if you do not have access to a loading dock or fork lift. If lift gate service is added the freight company will deliver your order with a special trailer that has a hydraulic lift to safely lower your new toolbox from the back of the semi-trailer to ground level.
